The following images are from wedding in Colorado on May 17th. It was so much fun. The bride and groom were so fun to work with. They had a ton of great ideas and were willing to do whatever to get these great images. These are just a handful of literally hundreds of great photographs! I came home from this wedding knowing exactly why I do what I do!!

They had their reception in the backyard of the bride’s parent’s home. A beautiful country setting with great landscaping. This is probably my favorite image of the whole night. The sun had gone down, they were dancing alone on the dance floor and the moon was just perfect.

As the sun was setting, we snuck around the corner of the house to capture this silhouette. I love when nature helps to create a beautiful image!

This pose just worked. I love the subtleness and simplicity.

It just sort of glows, doesn’t it?!

This groom is so in love. That is truly one reason why I love photographing weddings. Everyone just glows and is so happy.

I love doing this pose. It’s a series really and it’s a fun way to get some candid, “in-th-moment” style images showing off the temple behind them.

It seemed as though all the elements just came together for this. The beauty of the landscape, the radiant sky and the whiteness of the building. A perfect framework for a beautiful couple.

Thanks to the couple for allowing me to be a part of their special day. I am grateful to have had the privilege! I hope that they love their images as least as much as I do!

This next series of images come from another wedding here in Denver. A lovely couple, so in love! When the bride came to look at her images, she gave me a very high compliment. . .she cried tears of joy as we looked at all of the images together. She was so happy with all of the pictures. What a joy it is for me to be able to capture such moments for my clients so they can have their memories!

Before the ceremony, we went to a great little park in Littleton (Sante Fe and Bowles area)

  1. Nice! There are some great shots in these wedding photos.

  2. I am so impressed with the color that comes out in your shots. You seem to always capture that special moment in time, be it through nature’s backdrop or the arena in point. It amazes me how it enhances the excitement of the event and the beauty you have documented as two lives are starting as one. Very interesting and intriguing effect. Well done!
